Benefits of Calcium-Cal mag D

 What is Calcium

Calcium is required for hundreds of interactions in the human body. Calcium is the most abundant mineral available in our body in fact 99% of calcium is found in bones but calcium is also found in muscle tissue, in the blood, and in the fluid between the cells. Bones are calcium banks that start depositing at an early age to be used in the future.

Not only calcium the most important nutritional factor in bone density but it is also an essential component for muscle contraction and relaxation, blood clotting ,immune function, transmission of nerve impulses, secretion of hormones, and enzyme activation.

AS we know dietary products such as milk are the most and plenty available and recommended by Doctors for osteoporosis but though taking osteoporosis is an epidemic in India. The root behind is of absorption of calcium. Poor digestion leads to poor absorption of the calcium. Calcium is a team player it can not synthesize or absorb the without certain complementary vitamin and mineral on the team and result in our body can not properly absorb calcium.

Functions of calcium in our body

·        Numerous enzyme activation

·        It helps cholesterol to make sex hormones

·        Required for absorption of vitamin B12

·        For energy production in cells

·        For growth, and maintenance of bones and teeth

·        For nerve impulse transmission

·        Normalize ion transport in our cells

 Calcium deficiency

By changing our  lifestyle and food habits we can change  the scenario .we will have to avoid alcohol, By avoiding wheat flour, soft drinks, fast food , caffeine, chocolate, sugar we can bring positive changes in our overall health and by avoiding certain drugs like steroid, tetracyclines, aspirin, excess protein in our diet and by removing high phosphorus-containing food we can manage our calcium-related complications and lead a healthy life.

Magnesium is the fourth most prevalent molecule in the human body and it is involved in 300+  biochemical reactions or the creation of enzymes in our body. Magnesium is a salt that”s critical for proper absorption of calcium, the proliferation of cells, production of energy, the function of muscles, and working of the nervous, immune, and endocrine systems. Magnesium is a molecule that binds and stimulates an enzyme. It prevents bone loss.

Rich food sources of magnesium are wheat germ, wheat bran, nuts, soybeans, whole grains, oats, barley, corn, fish, and various green leafy vegetables.

Symptoms that we are lacking Magnesium

Anxiety

Back pain, joint pain

Depression

Fatigue, irritability

Insomnia

Memory loss

Decreased appetite

Muscle cramps

Weakness , neck pain

 Factors  responsible for lacking Magnesium

Alcoholism

Excessive sugar intake

Caffeine intake

Diarrhea

Stress

Trans fatty acids

Asthma medications

Laxatives

Trauma

Antibiotics

Steroids, chemotherapy

Extreme athletic

Complications due to Magnesium deficiency

Magnesium deficiency can cause abnormal calcium deposits in our vital organs. Sometimes one can become diabetic, have sleep disorders, insomnia, tremor(trembling sensation), schizophrenia, fatigue, hypertension, anxiety, poor wound healing, autism, constipation, stress, heart attack, osteoporosis, low blood sugar, salt craving while eating, mental confusion, even fear of large crowds. Complications can lead up to drowsiness, lethargy and weakness, etc. Magnesium is nature's great relaxer and Bone's best friend. It is the most significant healing mineral we have on earth. A dietary deficiency of magnesium can be a major factor in the development of life-threatening illnesses like heart disease and diabetes as well as chronic fatigue syndrome.

Magnesium what it does to our body

Magnesium always assist normal functioning of nerve, can help induce sleep, works in the area of healing wounds, muscle strength can be improved, it is required for extending the life of all cells , increases good cholesterol, the formation of bone, keeps our heart rhythm normal, It is barely required for bone formation, prevents tooth decay(remineralize)it is also necessary for protein synthesis, relaxes muscles, and acts as a natural tranquilizer. Magnesium may be called life's lubricant. Magnesium supplements improve endurance and reduce cramps and fatigue in athletes. Magnesium is a hidden star in the treatment of diabetes and the care of hypertension.

Magnesium allows our muscles to relax. If our bodies become calcium deficient, we can borrow from the large reserves contained in our bones, but when our bodies become magnesium deficient we must borrow from the already low supply in our muscles. But as our muscles lose magnesium calcium changes it to replace it and as a result, our muscles go tense and cramped. Magnesium has a profound effect on treating chronic fatigue syndrome. If you have brittle bone disease don't rely on calcium alone. Calcium along with magnesium can do miracles. Asthma is an epidemic of our era. Studies show that Magnesium is a key mineral in treating asthma.

Disorders can be treated with Magnesium

·        Calcium-oxalate kidney stones

·        Congestive heart failure

·        Sickle cell anaemia

·        Fibromyalgia

·        Heart attack

·        Angina

·        Asthma

·        Osteoporosis

·        Muscle spasms

·        Low LDL

·        High blood pressure

·        Restless leg syndrome

·        Pregnancy complications

Vitamin D: The sunshine vitamin:-

The fat-soluble sunshine vitamin D is not a vitamin but  is a hormone and which is produced in the body by getting sun exposer for 15 to 20 minutes at least twice a week. Vitamin D receptors are located in our bones, pancreas, reproductive organs, spinal cord, thyroid glands, brains, kidneys. Vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium from the intestinal tract. It is also required for the pancreas to release insulin, required for growth and development of bones and teeth and helps in blood clotting, for normalizing thyroid function and necessary for cell mineralization and decreased fat absorption. Lack of  vitamin D shows bone disorders  (rickets), decreased calcium levels, and also the risk of osteoporosis. Causes of vitamin D deficiency  is aging which causes our body to collect less vitamin  D from the Sun and medications and the use of Sunscreen lotion.

Diseases can be treated with Vitamin D supplements:-

Osteoporosis

Osteoarthritis

Epilepsy

Cardiovascular disease

Multiple sclerosis

Inflammatory condition

Diabetes, enzymes regulation

Hypertension stimulates hormone secretion

Cancer presentation helps in blood clotting

Food sources such as Salmon fish, tuna fish, eggs, liver, mushrooms, butter, natural cheese is the best and most available source to acquire  Vitamin D to our body. Vitamin D is critical for calcium absorption from the gut to the bloodstream in our body.

Not only our bones and teeth need calcium our body uses it for a lot of different things critical Metabolic function. if the diet is poor in calcium, calcium is taken from bones to maintain blood calcium. Calcium+ magensium+vitamin D  is the essential nutrient which needs to be taken as part of a healthy diet.

"Calcium + Magnesium +Vitamin  D  work in synergy and maintain good health. Enhances each other's absorption & utilization  in the body,"

Co enzyme Q10 Benefits

Co-Q10:  An Enzyme Important To our Health             Co-enzyme Q10 is a fat soluable nutrient that is found in many foods, and Is made   in nearly all of our body tissues. It has an important responsibility of producing cellular energy. But as we age our body   produce less and less amount of C0-q10. So we need supplements to protect our organs mainly from oxidative stress.         The body surviveson the energy that is created that is created when cells break down sugars ,fats,& protein. Much of this breakdown occurs within tiny enclosures in the cells called mitochondria.Co-q10 is required the release of energy levels with in cells.         CoQ10, or Coenzyme Q10, is an enzyme that is found in every cell of the body and creates the important chemical reactions necessary for energy and the overall health of tissues and orga...

The role of Liver

What is liver and its functions in our body.                The  liver  is a large, organ that sits on the right side of the belly. Weighing about 3 pounds, the liver is reddish-brown in colour and feels rubbery to the touch. Normally you can't feel the liver, because it's protected by the rib cage. ·         Liver creates and excretes bile. i ·         It cleans the blood. ·         It stores energy. ·         It helps in carbohydrate metabolism and detoxification ·         Synthesizes cholesterol and triglycerides. ·         It aids in Storing s glycogen, vitamin B12, iron, and copper. ·         It produces proteins(protein synthesis) that maintain blood pressure. · ...
