These are all minimal factors many more are there. we all
have taken human existence to the brink of disaster. We all acknowledge these factors
but not interested to take corrective action. Today a farmer in greed or making a profit uses more fertilizers, and insecticides, I am a vegetable vendor who uses colour to make my vegetables more green, and fresher, and I am a hotelier who uses more oils,more fats, to make my food tasty, and I am an Industrialist manipulates industrial wastage into consumable oils by adding flavour, I use everything to make my business profitable, We all take superficial action, remedies to prevent us being unhealthy but in the long run, the world is going Diabetic, the earth is day by day being obese, the most sophisticated nations are the cardiac hub, and the most important is lack of immunity has taken 95% population of the World are suffering up to death due to Covid 19 attack. The world is in a panic condition but still without any change. The only constant in life is changes.
The time has come to be realistic in our approach to a healthy society and to preserve the proverb that"Health is Wealth" Normally what happens nowadays is we spend our health to collect wealth and then we spend our wealth to collect our health. Our lifestyle today is influencing every stage of our life. Today we need more vitamins, minerals proteins, the forgotten nutrient (fibre)and antioxidants. Our diet and nutrition in the nearby future will pave us for a healthy society.
On an optimistic note, we will have to turn the page so that our future generations and ours also have a healthy life. The need of the hour is to avoid fast food, chocolates, ice creams, french fries, pizzas, saturated fats, trans fat, sugar, salt, and oil, and focus on Organic. The organic will assist us to boost our immune system and help us to have healthy ageing on earth.
