Our food choices today are not about keeping us healthy but we all prefer drugs and our food comes second to combat disease. we today prefer to fight disease rather than preventing it.

Our cells are the base of all life on earth.our all bodily functions happen through cells when we say about metabolism internally we say our cells are not functioning well. Despite all the complexity our cell operates in the same manner and required the same nutrients. Most of our cell work in a very traditional way they all take foods or raw-materials break them into renewable sources where our body can use it for normal functioning
