    Time has come to realize that prevention is better than cure, rather falling sick and go to Doctor and buying Health Insurance. We all know men and women are two different species so also their nutritional needs. In this post, we will discuss about Women in general.


                  As the age progresses a girl will turn into womanhood by going through many changes.As she ages her attitude towards life changes, though working tirelessly and managing family, attaining a job she lost her own nutritional requirements. In every household, Globally women are the last species to eat that is also not a sin but her sacrificing attitude and no priority for herself, in the long run, take her to the estate where she approaching 30+, she will have a knee problem, joint pain, nerve-related disease deficiency of proteins, low hemoglobin count. and many more.

.                   As per God's law, a woman is a different her thinking, behavior, choices, needs activity and approach is different so also her nutritional needs.Approaching10+ years a girl gradually running towards women hood from the mensural cycle to childbearing and feeding mother to menopause and corresponding hormonal changes her nutritional needs vary accordingly.


                     As per need in the mensural years, she needs essential amino acids found in protein, iron and progressive years she needs calcium, magnesium, omega, to protect her cardiovascular disease and antioxidants to prevent cancer & related disease.

                      You know in our body calcium can be stored but why women approaching 30+ and man approaching 40 is infected with either joint, knee,  waist problem. In this context a woman can be understood because of her monthly cycle,

breastfeeding and nutritional gap but what happens to men.Because as we age our calcium absorption rate rapidly diminishes and in our internal body store 99% calcium in bones and teeth and we need only 1% calcium in the bloodstream.
