The way of our life and our  daily habits which is

affecting our immunity. Our immune health & our immune

The system not only protects us from infections but it also

has

other major role & functions which includes preventing

from deadly degenerative diseases to  common day today

protection  like flu, virus, infections, allergies, free radical

damage to help our brain function and also takes part in

our aging Process.

What's exciting  that about 70% of all the

immune cells in our body are actually in our gut and more

Immunoglobulins are made in our gut than anywhere else in

our body so it makes sense that a significant part of our immunity.

The system interacts with what We eat up. So basically we will

have to focus on our food choices like choosing a wide variety of

colorful veggies fruits and nuts cereals vitamins minerals and

about our eating habits preferring home cooked recipes

less oil, less sugar to protect our immune system and gut’s

health and protecting it from fatty liver, liver psoriasis

Jaundice, hepatitis.

Proper  Nutrition means a portion of food, which

can maintain  or a required energy balance into our body so that

to perform our day to day activity and most important “Staying

Healthy” “Building Immunity”.So if the food we are eating is

not able to promote optimal health then we must go for supplements

and that must be Organic so our body will accept it gladly and help

us to achieve Optimal Health. So leaving the World of synthetic

supplements to Organic supplements. We as layman is suffering

from a disease called “nutritional illiteracy”.Even the most developed

countries of the world  spending crores of $ (dollar)in the health care

sector have no practical knowledge about applied nutrition for building

immunity, staying healthy and the life .An example is Covid19 the

pandemic. It has changed the world order of Living, thinking, staying

healthy. It has devastated the so-called modern world. The deadly

pandemic has created chaos and made it mandatory for all of us

to rethink health-promoting food & building immunity .

The nutritional void that has been created is replaced by adding

good nutrition to our lifestyle.

Healthy lifestyle and diet choices. All of us can

stay a healthy life, if we take care of ourselves. It is no surprise that

regular physical activity like yoga, swimming, walking, any physical

activity like gardening, maintaining a small kitchen garden any athletic

activity permitted by your body Can greatly  help us maintain a

A healthy weight, improve moods and physical fitness, sleep habits,

and boost overall health. Food choices, for example, Phytonutrients

found  in Apricots will provide  you vitamin A to take care of our

Eyes, A bright orange will provide us vitamin C protection against

free radical damage. Yogurt will take care of our bones. Almonds

will provide us vitamin E to protect us from Cancer, our skin, hair

and many more organs of our body, Spinach leaves, leafy green

vegetables will provide us vitamin K which will help us in blood

clotting, rice may provide vitamin B1 Which help us carbohydrate

metabolism, muscle building dark chicken meat may provide you

vitamin b2(riboflavin) may protect us from Anemia. Oatmeal may

provide us B6 vitamins provides immunity preventing kidney stones.

White cheese may provide B12 vitamins which help us convert body

fat into energy, protect and growth of our dna and red blood cells.

Milk may provide the calcium required to keep our Bones strong.

Likewise, Omega3 may protect us from cardiovascular diseases,

Garlic helps us to protect from triglycerides, Soya, green peas to

support our protein requirement for taking care of our cells & tissues

and lentils may help us to fulfill the Iron requirement of our body and
