What food is high in protein

We the species called human to survive our organs need 3 things one is Air, Water, Food.We can survive only three minutes without Oxygen,3 days without water, and three weeks without food.So we should not only focus on nutrients but also on also foods which will provide long-term health.we have to bit choosy in our food choices so that we will take food which will be a useable source of energy & fiber so that our endocrine system will function normally. Food along with recommended nutrient will keep us healthy in the long run to maintain Optimally

healthy.

Our nutritional requirements are of two types. One is macro-nutrient(required a large amount) such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats & dietary fiber. It is required for energy, growth, maintenance, and metabolic activity in our body. Another is micro (a small amount required) like vitamins & minerals are required for energy, supports normal growth &

development & boosting immunity.

We ll discuss Protein. Protein is the basic bodybuilding block of our body. we all know our body’s 20% weight is of proteins. Protein is required for growth, maintenance, regulating water balance, body regulation, supportive of immune function

building tissues, repairing lean tissues. Protein is made of amino acids 6 are produced by our body obtained from our food called non-essential amino acid, another 5  are conditionally available by our body called conditionally essential amino acid(such as fever, starvation, perpetual illness, chemotherapy) it can not produce and 9amino acids are called essential amino acid which our body can’t make, we have to rely upon & collect it from food sources. Amino acids are like an English word “S T O P”.if we will minus” O “we can’t form a word. But by using “O” we can form many words. So does protein

in our body.

The hazards of  protein defeciency

The 9 essential amino acid deficiency can cause serious illness like anxiety, arthritis, glucose intolerance, chronic fatigue, food craving like carbohydrate and sugar depression, Allergies, immune dysfunction, panic attacks, neurological disorders, insomnia common cold Mood swings

or disorders ,frequent headaches and many more. So  supplementation is required to fulfill our protein tank.

Benefits of  taking protein

The essential amino acids has an enormous function for our body.Proteins converts in to glucose when energy is needed for blood sugar levels to decrease,it is required for  Neurotransmission, requires for metabolization, for building muscle, wound healing properties

Increases immunity and required for healthy guts, increases sperm count, for protecting the Liver ,also increases endurance and barely required for

brain health, energizes our heart, convert stored  fat into energy, improves Brain focus, energy-reduced triglycerides, lowers bad cholesterol .renal diseases, infertility, protects us from Parkinson’s disease and immune Enhancement, protects our muscles, maintain memory, from nerve-related

diseases, protected From asthma, abdominal pain, stress  cancer by immunity, and protein a great promoter of sleep.Protein protects our eyes from cataracts ,eczema, joint pains, increases growth hormone , growth and lean tissue repair. Protein also helps detoxifying our body, prevents fat accumulation, for hair growth and protects our skin texture

Protein food sources

Food sources from where we will get recommended amount of protein are troublesome Soya, green peas, nuts, milk, spinach, corn, mushrooms, brown rice, beans, grains, and from seeds of various plants peanuts, potatoes, tomatoes, broccoli, People who eat a plant-based food with a diet plan are maintain good health. And dairy products like milk, chicken egg, tuna fish(seafood), meat but the above-mentioned foods in recommended we have to take in large amount which is not health-promoting and it creates havoc in

our digestive system. The most sensible diets are which encourage us to eat moderate amounts of high-quality protein from lots of sources from plant sources and animals, sources combined. We all need 1 gm protein per body weight and pregnant women need 1.5 gms daily to fulfill the recommended daily allowance.

So organic  supplementation is required To fill our protein tank. Hope you ll enjoy cooking at home  & going through my Content.

Co enzyme Q10 Benefits

Co-Q10:  An Enzyme Important To our Health             Co-enzyme Q10 is a fat soluable nutrient that is found in many foods, and Is made   in nearly all of our body tissues. It has an important responsibility of producing cellular energy. But as we age our body   produce less and less amount of C0-q10. So we need supplements to protect our organs mainly from oxidative stress.         The body surviveson the energy that is created that is created when cells break down sugars ,fats,& protein. Much of this breakdown occurs within tiny enclosures in the cells called mitochondria.Co-q10 is required the release of energy levels with in cells.         CoQ10, or Coenzyme Q10, is an enzyme that is found in every cell of the body and creates the important chemical reactions necessary for energy and the overall health of tissues and orga...

The role of Liver

What is liver and its functions in our body.                The  liver  is a large, organ that sits on the right side of the belly. Weighing about 3 pounds, the liver is reddish-brown in colour and feels rubbery to the touch. Normally you can't feel the liver, because it's protected by the rib cage. ·         Liver creates and excretes bile. i ·         It cleans the blood. ·         It stores energy. ·         It helps in carbohydrate metabolism and detoxification ·         Synthesizes cholesterol and triglycerides. ·         It aids in Storing s glycogen, vitamin B12, iron, and copper. ·         It produces proteins(protein synthesis) that maintain blood pressure. · ...

Benefits of Calcium-Cal mag D

What is Calcium           Calcium is required for hundreds of interactions in the human body. Calcium is the most abundant mineral available in our body  in fact 99% of calcium is found in bones but calcium is also found in muscle tissue, in the blood, and in the fluid between the cells. Bones are calcium banks that start depositing at an early age to be used in the future.           Not only calcium the most important nutritional factor in bone density but it is also an essential component for muscle contraction and relaxation, blood clotting ,immune function, transmission of nerve impulses, secretion of hormones, and enzyme activation.            AS we know dietary products such as milk are the most and plenty available and recommended by Doctors for osteoporosis but though taking osteoporosis is an epidemic in India. The root behind is of absorption ...
