Iron:-a bird's eye view

What is Iron

Iron the micro mineral is important to our good health because it is involved in many important functions in our body and it is used by all living organisms. It is needed for the formation of red blood cells in our body popularly known as Hemoglobin. Haemoglobin carries oxygen from our lungs to our tissues. Haemoglobin which is vitally important for energy production, develops mental clarity and the ability to focus. It has many functions in our body it is effective for immune system efficiency, a vital element for many types of enzyme creation, required for collagen synthesis, and for cell growth most important it is a carrier in oxygen transport and necessary for good cognition and behaviour. Iron also works for cell growth.

What happens when our Iron is low

Fatigue, increased fearfulness

Increased body tension

Decreased the immune system, weakness

Shortness of breath, short attention span

Impaired growth increased blood sugar

Rapid heart rate, hair loss

Anemia , headache

Restless leg syndrome

Gray hair , blackspot, change of skin color.

Increased body tension, the common cold

Pale skin, irritability

Soreness of tongue

Low birth weight babies

Poor appetite

Brittle nail

Cold hands & feet

Causes of iron deficiency

Menstrual cycle

Red wine,

Copper

Zinc

Green tea, Cofee

Problems in small intestine

Wheat germ

Soy products

Manganese

Cacao powder

Food sources of Iron

Foods that contain more iron are Kelp, Pasley, Green peas, Lentils, Pineapple, Brown rice, Raisins, Beet greens, Almonds, Brazil nuts, Wheat bran, peanuts, Cooked dry beans, Carrot, Mushrooms, Avacado, Corn, Dates, Salmon fish, Egg, Liver, pineapple, blackberries, orange, papaya, potato, watermelon, broccoli, pumpkin, and many more sources from where we can get iron in plenty even we can get a sufficient amount of iron from meat sources but our body will absorb more iron from vegetable sources. So our focus should be on fruits and vegetables rather than on animal sources.

General complication due to iron deficiency:-

80% of Indian women are anaemic .65% to 70% of adolescent girls are anaemic. On the whole 40%  of the Indian population is suffering from Iron deficiency-related complications as specified by the World Health Organisation. Fatigue, lack of concentration, palpitation, and reduced work capacity and productivity are widespread in India. Our product cherry iron comes with the benefit of iron and folic acid with it. Folic acid builds and maintains the body's basic unit called cells. it prevents congenital abnormalities, it prevents Heart disease and Heart attack, and it prevents high blood pressure and homocysteine. Folic acid is required for pretty much every chain reaction that occurs in our bodies. Folic acid is needed for the synthesis of DNA AND RNA. On the whole, all cells depend on this vitamin for their growth and regeneration. But we often lose folic acid at the beginning right from sunlight and while cooking, and another way that we are losing folic acid is because our lifestyle choices is playing a significant role. Bad habits like alcohol, cigars, chewing tobacco, aspirin, antibiotics, and all hard drugs are destorying and depleting our folic acid. So Nutrilite Cherry Iron is a healthy choice.

Co enzyme Q10 Benefits

Co-Q10:  An Enzyme Important To our Health             Co-enzyme Q10 is a fat soluable nutrient that is found in many foods, and Is made   in nearly all of our body tissues. It has an important responsibility of producing cellular energy. But as we age our body   produce less and less amount of C0-q10. So we need supplements to protect our organs mainly from oxidative stress.         The body surviveson the energy that is created that is created when cells break down sugars ,fats,& protein. Much of this breakdown occurs within tiny enclosures in the cells called mitochondria.Co-q10 is required the release of energy levels with in cells.         CoQ10, or Coenzyme Q10, is an enzyme that is found in every cell of the body and creates the important chemical reactions necessary for energy and the overall health of tissues and orga...

Benefits of Calcium-Cal mag D

What is Calcium           Calcium is required for hundreds of interactions in the human body. Calcium is the most abundant mineral available in our body  in fact 99% of calcium is found in bones but calcium is also found in muscle tissue, in the blood, and in the fluid between the cells. Bones are calcium banks that start depositing at an early age to be used in the future.           Not only calcium the most important nutritional factor in bone density but it is also an essential component for muscle contraction and relaxation, blood clotting ,immune function, transmission of nerve impulses, secretion of hormones, and enzyme activation.            AS we know dietary products such as milk are the most and plenty available and recommended by Doctors for osteoporosis but though taking osteoporosis is an epidemic in India. The root behind is of absorption ...
